Q: Why is it important to use a licensed and insured master plumber/ gas fitter?
A: To ensure the work is done properly and up to code, with safety being the priority, especially when working with gas.

Q: What do I do if my water heater starts to leak?
A: If you have an electric water heater first locate and turn off  breaker for the water heater, then turn off water heater shut off valve, usually located above the water heater within 1- 2 ft.
If you have a gas water heater first locate and turn off the gas shut off valve for water heater, then turn off the water heater shut off valve, usually located above the water heater within 1- 2 ft.

Q: What do I do if something starts to leak and I can't contact Alex's Plumbing right away?
A: If it's an individual fixture locate and turn off the respective shut off valve. If it's a water line you will need to locate and turn off your main water shut off valve.

Q: Do you have a senior citizens discount?
A: Yes. All of our senior customers receive 10% off.

Q: Do you have a police/ military discount?
A: Yes. All of our police/ military customers will also receive 10% off.

Q: What type of payments does Alex's Plumbing accept?
